Welcome to Achievement First University Prep High School! We're thrilled to have you join our school community for the upcoming academic year. As we gear up for a year filled with growth, learning, and achievement, we want to ensure that all families have the necessary information and resources to start the year off smoothly.

Below are important forms that families need to complete before the first day of school:

NYC Free and Reduced Lunch Program: Ensuring every child has access to nutritious meals is a top priority for New York City schools. The NYC Free and Reduced Lunch Program provides eligible students with free or low-cost meals throughout the school year. 

Please ensure that all medical forms are completed and submitted by Friday, August 1st. If the forms are not submitted by the deadline, your child will NOT be able to start school.
